JustOne terms and policies...
Pricing - we extend 50% off of our REGULAR prices for wholesale clients. Shop our collections on our RETAIL website (note prices are suggested retail prices, shown in Canadian dollars).
Ordering – for your first order, we require a minimum $300 order and for reorders there a minimum of $150.To place orders, you can email us the items you would like to order to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Quality - we aim to provide high quality items that you and your clients will be happy with for years to come. If you have any quality issues with your products - please do not hesitate to contact us.
Delivery Time – we aim to carry stock of all active items here in Canada and ship orders out 1-2 times a week. If we are out of stock of an item - we will notify you and give you an estimated time of delivery.
Shipping – shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment and included on your final invoice. We use Canada Post’s expedited service.
Payment – Once an order is shipped, it will be invoiced (including taxes and shipping). Payment can be done directly through your invoice online - or by e-transfer or cheque (instructions are on your invoice). We ask that your bill be paid within 30days. All prices listed are in Canadian funds.
Confidentiality - Buyer agrees to keep all wholesale pricing, terms and conditions confidential.
Unique - Please remember all pieces are handcrafted - and so there will be variations on each piece.
Packaging- All items are packaged with information about JustOne and/or one of he artisans who has handcrafted it. We ask that you please keep the story of the piece with it so consumers can be aware of their purchase's origin.
